Search, seats, groups and payment.
- How do I book a bus ticket?
- Pick your mountain, enter your pick-up and drop-off points and the departure date. Add a return date if you need one, set the number of adults, seniors and children, then search. Choose the trip that suits you, enter passenger details and pay by credit or debit card, or Google Pay. Your tickets are on the confirmation page and in your email.
- Can I book a one-way ticket?
- Yes. Tick “One way” when you enter your departure date and check the summary shows a single leg before you pay. There is no penalty for booking one direction.
- Can I buy a ticket on the same day?
- Yes, subject to seats being available on the coach. Same-day tickets are bookable through the site with most major credit and debit cards.
- Can I reserve online and pay at the station?
- No. Payment is completed online at the time of booking. You choose your payment method after selecting your trip.
- Can I choose my seat?
- It depends on the operator. Some offer seat selection at checkout, others pre-assign seats or do not offer selection. Where it is available you will see it before payment. We do not manage seat maps, so specific seats cannot be guaranteed.
- Can I book for someone else?
- Yes, at no extra charge. Enter the traveller’s name under passenger details and their email so the confirmation reaches them. Names cannot be changed once booked, so check autofill has not overwritten them.
- Can I make a group booking?
- For groups over nine, either make multiple bookings or contact the operator directly. Across separate bookings we cannot guarantee the same price or availability. For large groups, going direct is usually easier — ask us and we will pass on the contact details.
- Why can’t I find the route I want?
- Either we do not support bookings on that route yet, or it is too early — most operators only open sales a few months ahead. The network is still expanding.
- I got an error message. Why won’t my booking go through?
- Usually an operator-side technical issue, a mistyped card detail, or an unsupported payment method. Failed bookings are never charged; any amount you see is a temporary authorisation that is released immediately. Check your card number, expiry and CVV and try again — if an operator system was down, wait a few minutes.
