I just read your post about the origin story for Snowbus and it hit home. I started my transportation company providing rides to local ski resorts… the idea to create a reliable transportation network for snow enthusiasts has never left me. Your approach to building a community-based solution is what I missed — I knew the opportunity was there, I just didn't have the right strategy.
